Bayog shines in 20th Gawad Kalasag Regional Awards

Department of National Defense and Regional Disaster Risk Reduction & Management has awarded the Municipality of Bayog as regional winner during the 20th GAWAD KALASAG AWARDING on the National Disaster Resilience Month (NDRM) this morning, July 31, 2018.

Vice Mayor Celso A. Matias together with Hon. Paul Horace T. Anlap, SB Member and Mr. Abraham Capayas, MDRRMO received the award on behalf of the municipality.

Bayog bagged the first place in the category for the 1st – 3rd class Municipalities in the Gawad Kalasag award. The said awarding is held at Marcian Garden hotel Convention Center, Zamboanga City. - Bernadine A. Gabawan, Municipal Information Officer
