Bayog Rescue Olympics gets more support

          Bayog Rescue Olympics 2017 with the theme “Sa Panahon ng Sakuna, Laging Ligtas ang May Alam at Handa” gains more support from stakeholders. It was held on December 12-13, 2017 at the Municipal Gymnasium attended by at least 1,500 participants (Barangay Emergency Response Team/BDS of the 28 barangays, elementary and high school students, Task Force KKK and NGOs of this Municipality).

          It was the 3rd time that Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (LDRRMO) of this LGU held the same activity.

          Competitions held and participants were Knot Tying – Elementary pupils, High School (HS) students and BDS, Human Carry – HS and BDS, First Aid Rescue and Transportation – Elementary pupils, Assemble and Disassemble (M14 & M16) – BDS, Basic Defense System Competition – BDS.

          Facilitators were LDRRMO personnel under Mr. Abraham P. Capayas with Cesario G. Samong III, WBH, Roreyn S. Pelangco, WBH, Municipal Health Office, and some personnel from 44th IB, Philippine Army.
